| Grand Unity Development Co., Ltd. is preparing to develop a Condominium project located at Donmuang District, Bangkok The project comprise of 959 units in a Low-rise building and completed facilities (9 building will be renovated and 8 building will be constructed). The EIA study for this activity shall be performed as requested by the BMA under the Notification No.4 and Grand Unity Development Co., Ltd. is required to get EIA approval prior to the project construction. |
