1. Process Engineering Design
  PFD and Heat & Mass Balance will be first designed reviewed and updated. P&IDs will update and follow immediately in order to freeze the design requirements at first stage of the Project.
The HAZOP study shall be held as soon as all deliverables of concern activity have been issued for approval. In order to in corperating the final comment, the deliverables shall be updated for AFC issued.

2. Piping Engineering Design
 

The development of Plant Layout will be first activity of piping engineering phase with basis on P&ID, preliminary piping layout, preliminary data sheets of major equipment, operation & maintenance concept accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the government of Thailand and applicable local codes and ordinances. The following activities will be performed throughout the engineering phase of the Project :

 

•  Preparation plant layout
•  Preparation of general arrangement drawings.
•  Generation of piping material, painting, insulation specification, etc.
•  Preparation piping work procedure
•  Preparation Isometric drawing
•  Stress Analysis
             - Stress analysis will study the pipe stress resulting from thermal expansion,
               internal pressure, self weight, hydro-test load and other secondary loads such as impluse                force from safety valve.
•  Piping Support Design
             - With consider piping static load and dynamic load from the stress analysis will be the input                to determine the adequacy of pipe supports.
•  Preparation Civil Information, Vessel Information

3 Electrical Engineering Design
  Electrical engineers will prepare all electrical engineering deliverables including single line diagrams, specifications, sizing, calculation, detail of installation drawings, wiring layout diagrams, grounding system, lighting and power installation drawing etc.
